Fast Forward Wheels BV is registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce in Zwolle, the Netherlands with the number 05055878. The VAT number is NL820840762B01.
PRICING AND DELIVERY COSTS
All prices that are stated on the website include the VAT rate at 21%, but exclude the costs for delivering and possible customs duties. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Delivery costs for online orders:
- Within the Benelux no shipping will be charged.
- For all other countries within Europe €10 will be charged for the delivery.
- For all countries outside Europe €25 will be charged for the delivery.
- Orders above €200 are free from shipping cost.
Please note that free shipping does not cover any costs like import duties or customs clearance. These costs are on behalf of the customer.
UPS is the carrier that is responsible for transportation of all goods within Europe and outside Europe. The carrier is liable for all loss and/or damage that might occur during transportation.
Payments can be made by iDEAL or Credit Card.
With iDEAL it is possible to transfer the appropriate amount by using the online service of your own bank account.
Credit Cards that are accepted by FFWD are:
- American Express
A confirmation will be send to the customers per email as soon as FFWD has received the order. In this email is stated what the delivery time will be after the payment is received.
Normally the delivery time within the Netherlands is 3 working days, within Europe 5 working days and outside Europe 10 working days. (These delivery times are given as an indication only).
As soon as the package leaves our warehouse a notification is sent by UPS with the tracking information of the shipment.
As soon as FFWD has received the order a confirmation will be send to the email address given by the customer. The customer can print this for their own administration.
FFWD will keep the customer informed by any means if the products ordered are not available. An approximate delivery time will be determined. If this is not at the customers convenience, he or she can simply cancel the order and ask for a refund.
The customer is entitled to cancel the order as soon as the prices increase in the period between the placement of the order and the delivery.
In case FFWD does not receive the payment within 10 working days after order placement date, it will be entitled to breach the contract and thereby cancel the order.
CHECKING THE RECEIVED ORDER
The customer has fourteen (14) days to return all or part of his order for exchange or refund. To do this, the unused products should be correctly protected in their original packaging and be accompanied by their invoice. Also an email will be send to FFWD (firstname.lastname@example.org) to inform that the product will be returned.
The exchange or refund will be taken into account when the return package has been received and inspected by FFWD and only for the product at its original price excluding delivery costs from the moment when the product is returned in perfect condition to FFWD in its original packaging with delivery costs paid.
100 DAYS FREE TRIAL
For all wheel sets bought directly from the FFWD Wheels shop we offer a 100 days free trial and return policy with full refund as an extra service. This applies only to wheels and means they are free to use during this period. This service does not apply when wheels are broken or damaged during these 100 days trial period.
MAIN WARRANTY POLICY
FFWD warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of two years after original date of purchase. This warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferable. The seller is obliged to guarantee the item sold against latent defects which render it unsuitable for its intended usage, or reduce this usage to such an extent that the buyer would not have purchased the item, or that he would have purchased it only at a lower price if he had known the latent defects existed.
An additional year of warranty (three year total) is rewarded to all FFWD riders who register their wheels after purchase on our website and become part of TeamFFWD. The registration also enables the use of our Crash Replacement Policy and also helps to deal with service requests much faster.
The FFWD warranty covers exclusively the manufacturing defects of its products and excludes, notably, from its scope of application any damage, prejudice and, more generally, any direct or indirect consequence which would result from bad use or failure to respect user instructions, the lack of maintenance or a non-conforming use of the product.
The FFWD warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear. Wear and tear parts are subject to damage as a result of normal use and riding in conditions / usage for applications other than recommended.
Wear and tear parts are identified as:
- brake pads.
- brake surface of tubular and clincher rims.
- ball bearings
IMPORTANT: Always use FFWD carbon brake pads when using FFWD full carbon wheels. Do not forget to change your carbon brake pads when you're going to ride with wheels with a brake surface other than carbon. Debris from the brake surface might get stuck in the carbon brake pads which will result in unrepairable damage to your full carbon rim. Not following this instruction will void warranty.
CRASH REPLACEMENT POLICY
It’s not common but you never know! We offer a unique service for those who crashed their wheels!
In case of bad luck, FFWD supports you by offering replacement rims for a special discounted price. Contact our service department for the possibilities and an actual quote. Use our service repair form here to contact us with all necessary information.

RETURNING A FFWD WHEEL
Any return to FFWD for examination will be handled by the customer who will ensure that the product’s packaging is appropriate, that the product is insured, if necessary, and that the shipping costs are paid. Don’t forget to include the invoice with the wheel, as well as your name, address and phone number. You can complete our service repair form here to send us all necessary information.
IMPORTANT: If you want to return your wheel to FFWD, please make sure to return it without the tubular or clincher tire, without the sprockets and without the quick release skewer.
