TRIN 1
Vi har hjul til mange kategorier inden for cykling, så det første trin er at vælge din kørestil. Da næsten alle cyklister har en landevejscykel, og udvalget her er størst, dykker vi ned i kategorien ROAD.

STEP 2
What is the cycling level you position yourself in.
We have a RYOT family, let’s call it our base models, that cover the best wheels for different circumstances.
If you’re new to carbon wheels or just look for a bomb proof set and care about the budget (and less about weight) the TYRO is your pick!
If you’re on the other side of the spectrum and the best of the best in terms of looks, weight, ceramic bearings and carbon spokes makes your bells ring, RAW is your choice!
STEP 3
Look at your intended use.
At the RAW and RYOT level there are four different rim heights with their own characteristics. In general low rims do well in the mountains and in wind for smaller/lighter riders. The higher the rims get the more they are able to maintain speed and therefore help you to be faster. As you can imagine higher rims get more influenced by the wind, but especially for the smaller/lighter riders.
STEP 4
Within our RYOT (and DRIFT) range we offer two hub options.
We have our FFWD N/GAGE hubs and DT Swiss 240 hubs. Both of super high quality with the best internal parts based on the same technology. FFWD hubs are the most affordable option that are perfect for all riders. If you want to shave off some extra grams the DT240 option is a good consideration.
BACK TO RAW AND RYOT OPTIONS:
Going into the mountains?
Then your best option is the RAW33 or RYOT33. Super agile with just 33mm high rims. They will help you get up to speed easy and offer maximum control no matter the size or weight of the rider.
Looking for the best allround set?
The best of all worlds is found in the RAW44 and RYOT44. From the flat roads to the mountains anyone can ride these. The 44mm rims do have aerodynamic advantage and extra stiffness to create more power when pushing the pedals. But are also easy to handle when the circumstances become a bit more challenging, think about heavy wind or when descending.
Combine aerodynamics with stiffness!
This is what you find in the RAW55 and RYOT55. The 55mm high rims maintain the speed easily and you will save watts. As a result you spent less energy so you can go faster with the same effort. Many sprinters also use them to transfer their power into speed due to the extra stiffness in higher rims. The more experienced riders that have been riding carbon wheels already know perfectly how to handle these babies.
Are you a Triathlon or time trial specialist?
Then you can go for the RAW77 or RYOT77 (even some roadies like this setup). The wheels look stunning due to the 77mm high rims so motivational speaking it’s the best. It does require some bigger riders to be able to control them though. The 77 models are also great to use in combination sets. As front wheel with FALCON disc or as rear wheel with a 55 front for example.
CONCLUSION:
As said; there is no wrong choice! We just want to make your ride as nice and as good as possible….so you Get Confident to Go Fast.
