Our special edition Powershift-ready DRIFT

This wheelset is made to perfectly fit Classified’s POWERSHIFT technology, a wireless 2-speed shifting system that allows you to change gears in a split second, under full load, and on any terrain. The POWERSHIFT Hub replaces the functionality of the front derailleur and allows you to ride a 2x in a 1x setup without any compromises.

The DRIFT is already available in a large number in choice of hubs, but we have added an extra option to this model. Thanks to a partnership with Classified, you can now order the DRIFT wheels compatible with the revolutionary Powershift rear hub. Searching for the best of both worlds for your bike? Fully optimized for gravel rides

The DRIFT, what's in the name, is the FFWD's first wheelset designed explicitly for gravel bikes. The rims with an inner width of 24mm make it possible to fit tires from 30 to 60mm wide. And of course, the DRIFT wheels are fully tubeless ready out of the box.

Because wheels have to suffer a lot during gravel rides, the DRIFT is equipped with thicker spokes for more stability and durability. For the DRIFT we chose the DT Aero Comp straight pull, 24 pieces both front and rear. Yet the total weight of the DRIFT wheelset is only 1455 grams (total including the Classified hub shell, without the Powershift hub).

Full carbon tubeless ready rims

With a medium rim profile of 36mm high, the DRIFT offers the perfect balance between stiffness and comfort, with great handling as a result. Do you really want to get everything out of your DRIFT wheels? Pick the ultimate experience with tubeless tires. Minimal rolling resistance and a combination of optimum handling and protection at low tire pressures. With the DRIFT you are all set!

Another benefit of the DRIFT rims is the hookless construction. This results in a lower weight and more efficient tire fitting on the rim, which brings you better handling and stability on the bike.

Customize your DRIFT wheels with decals in unique colors

The standard decals in shiny black naturally look good on any bike. But imagine your DRIFT wheels with custom decals in colors that perfectly match your bike. How cool is that! Especially for the DRIFT series, we have custom decals available in no less than 17 colors that you can easily apply yourself.

Revolutionary and high-end Powershift hubs from Classified

This special edition of the DRIFT is custom-made to work with the Classified’s Powershift technology, and in particular with the Powershift rear hub. Inside this rear hub is a revolutionary shifting system that replaces the front derailleur. For easy (wireless) shifting there is a shift button that can be placed on the handlebar in a position of your choice. Not only is the Powershift hub super fast, shifting in just 150 milliseconds, but you can also shift under full power!

Classified's front hub is lightweight, equipped with durable and smooth bearings, and secures a solid technology without compromise. The hubs are "disc-only" and suitable for mounting center lock brake discs.
